Q: What is 5StarLottery?: A: 5StarLottery is a Jackpot Lottery game, where 5 numbers out of 1-39 numbersare drawn.
Q: What is the size of the Jackpot?: A: The Jackpot always starts with GHS 100,000! If not won, it grows after each draw.
Q: How many times does the Jackpot roll-over, if not won?: A: The Jackpot is rolled-over until there is a winner!
Q: What is the maximal size of the Jackpot?: A: The Jackpot is not capped. It will grow until there is a winner.
Q: In order to win the Jackpot, do I need to bet a big amount?: A: No. With only GHS 2.00 you can stand a chance to be a lucky Jackpot winner!
Q: How do I increase my chances to win the Jackpot?: A: With every additional GHS 2.00 you play, you multiply your winning odds!
Q: Can more than one person win the jackpot?: A: Yes. If more than one person wins the Jackpot, the winners share the prize as per their respective share.
Q: Is 5StarLottery a fixed odds game?: A: No. 5StarLottery is a dividend or pari-mutuel game. It is the only dividend game in Ghana! The famous American and European lotteries are all Jackpots and not fixed odds.
Q: What makes 5StarLottery different from a fixed odds game?: A: Your win amount is not a multiple of your bet amount! Every GHS 2.00 gives you a new combination of 5 numbers. Instead of placing your bet on one number combination, you place it on various number combinations. You spread therefore your risk. In a fixed odds game, in order to win big, you need to bet big at a very high risk. In a divided game, you can win big, with a small bet at a much lower risk!
Q: How long is my winning ticket good for?: A: Your ticket is valid for 30 days.
Q: Is the prize subject to taxes?: A: Lottery winnings are exempt of withholding taxes in Ghana.
